    The $70 service call includes a diagnostic visit by our technician to identify the issue with your appliance. Repair costs will be discussed and determined after diagnostics. Service call fee will be waived if you decide to repair with us.
  • How much does appliance repair cost?
    Appliance repair starts at $130, and the final cost varies based on the complexity of the job. Our technician will provide a detailed estimate after completing the diagnostics. Note that if you decide to repair with us, we will waive the diagnostics fee.
  • Is there a warranty on your repair services?
    Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. Our repair services come with a 30 days warranty, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind.
  • Can I book only a service call for appliance repair?
    Yes, you can book a service call for $70 to have our technician diagnose the issue. The repair appointment and associated costs will be discussed after diagnostics.
  • How do I pay for the services?
    We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards. Payment is typically processed after the service is completed. Please note that you will be charged extra 2.99% fee for credit card payment.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    Certainly! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through our website or by contacting our customer service. We will try our best to accommodate you in any case, but please try to provide at least 1 day notice.
